Pune: Celebrating two decades of nurturing brilliance, Cummins in India, a leading integrated power solutions provider, marked the 20th anniversary of its flagship nurturing brilliance program by inducting a new cohort of 520 scholars.

Implemented through the Cummins India Foundation, the nurturing brilliance initiative provides scholarships and mentorship opportunities to students from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling them to pursue diploma and degree programs in engineering and build future-ready careers.

The 2025–26 batch under the nurturing brilliance program was felicitated by Shveta Arya, Managing Director of Cummins India Limited, and Ashish Aggarwal during a ceremony held at the Cummins India campus in Pune. The milestone event reaffirmed the organization’s continued commitment to nurturing brilliance among aspiring engineers.

This year, the program received an overwhelming response, with over 9,600 applications submitted. Following a rigorous selection process, 520 meritorious students were onboarded, including 20 persons with disabilities (PwD), reflecting the program’s strong focus on inclusivity.
